Hello from St. Louis, Missouri. I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago in Economics. During my studies, I focused on Economics of Education and Human Capital Development, Industrial Economics, Labor Economics, and Welfare Economics.Presently, I am enrolled in a one-year program at Washington University. It will allow me to complete all the prerequisites for the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) within that time frame. Once I complete medical school and become a physician, my goal is to use my previous education in economics to conduct research into education policies. The focus I intend to pursue is how much an individual's education impacts their health.I have prior experience working with students as a volunteer with educational programs for kids from Chicago's South Side. I am interested and qualified to help students in these subjects: the ACT (all subjects), Calculus, Chemistry, Lower Mathematics classes, and Microeconomics.I'm also interested in taking on tutoring assignments in other subjects such as Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Statistics, Trigonometry, Physics, Study Skills and Organization, Macroeconomics, Homework Support, Financial Accounting, Business, Test Prep, Study Skills, and more.My interests outside of my own studies include sports. I was a college athlete (member of the football team), and I follow the Chicago Cubs. I also enjoy biking, yoga, and camping.
