Hobbies

I love literature, languages, and music. I have taken piano lessons for around 15 years, and taught it for over 5 years. More recently, I have had the privilege of teaching several students with learning disabilities, which has been a wonderful learning experience for me, and I have greatly enjoyed seeing my students progress. For the past few years, I have been earning money for college by teaching piano, voice lessons, music theory, accompanying for various events, and tutoring fellow students in Latin. Because I attend Hillsdale College during the school year, I am only available to tutor during the summertime. My experience in working with other people includes my teaching, tutoring, and telemarketing jobs, as well as leadership positions in my honoraries, Sigma Alpha Iota, and Eta Sigma Phi. As the oldest in a large family, I am used to dealing with many different personalities. I have also studied at a variety of different schools in different states, including homeschooling, public school, private school, and now, a liberal arts college. I am very family oriented, and would love to get a tutoring job in the St. Louis area so as to be closer to my family for another summer. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
