Experience
I am a mathematics and economics major studying at Washington University in St. Louis. I am also currently working on an honors thesis in economics. My tutoring experience began when I was a teenager. I was the co-founder of a charitable organization (Sports for Our Community). This club regularly visited a disadvantaged elementary school, where our members played sports alongside the students, and also helped them with their school work. In college, I performed similar work for another group called Books and Basketball. I am experienced with working with students of all ages, and can tutor a wide range of subject matter. My specialties are economics (including Micro/Macroeconomics) and mathematics (Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics). I can also assist with Spanish (levels 1-2), English, and many AP classes. Another focus of mine is on preparing students to take the ACT and SAT, both with specific sections (Reading, Math, Science, etc.) and with general study skills development. In my personal time, I am very involved with sports and running.
