I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Southern Illinois University. I intend to attend Pharmacy School. I love math and science.I believe the key to understanding, and succeeding in, these fields is discipline and a clear plan. Without a firm grasp on the steps needed to complete a math problem, the student will have difficulty with the problem and the class. Once students understand the basic steps, they can build upon that knowledge and master the subject.I primarily tutor students in math and science. Some of the specific subjects I tutor include algebra 1 & 2, geometry, middle school math, math, biology, chemistry, science, and elementary math.My free time is usually spent enjoying a variety of sports. I've played soccer my entire life and I also enjoy volleyball and basketball. I believe what we say in sports is equally true for academic pursuits, practice makes perfect.
