I recently graduated from Missouri State University. I was on the Dean's List all my semesters and maintained a 3.5 grade point average! I have a B. S. in Psychology and Spanish from Missouri State University :) I have been accepted into Washington University to earn my Masters in fall 2016, after I complete a service program in City Year.
Experience
I love to tutor. I have tutored students of all levels (middle school, high school and college). My specialty subjects are English and essay writing, math (Algebra), psychology, Spanish, and study skills! I have written and won over a dozen scholarship essays. I am currently headed to Dallas to work for a AmeriCorps program called CityYear, where we go into local high schools and encourage retention by one on one tutoring, mentoring and involving the community with school activities! I think this summer would provide an incredible opportunity to make an impact in St. Louis before I leave.

I have entirely too much energy. I love to dance and creatively write! Those two are my passions! I am currently working on two books that I hope are published in three years. Dancing is an amazing stress reliever and allows me to express myself.
