Experience

I have a passion for writing and creating logical arguments, and I've been successful with both of these. As a writer, I wrote a letter to the editor of the New York Times that was published, completed a 40-page thesis during my undergrad studies, and I am a current writer at Ordinary Times. Ordinary Times is a group blog with many accomplished writers who have continued in their writing careers with positions at the Atlantic, Forbes, and other notable publications. My skills in logical argumentation allowed me to score in the 98th percentile on the LSAT and to be awarded a scholarship to a top-25 law school. I find it extremely rewarding and self-fulfilling to witness a student grow as a writer and thinker in their academic career. I am interested in tutoring various courses in the fields of English, Philosophy, Psychology, Public Speaking, and Social Sciences. I also have experience and am willing to assist in standardized test prep (SAT and LSAT). I have attended St. John's College and the University of Texas. Some of my interests are economics, law, philosophy, politics, reading, and video games.
