Experience
Member of two academic honor societies: Beta Beta Beta (Biology) and Psi Chi (Psychology). I had the opportunity to tutor undergraduate peers in biology courses relating to the life sciences. As a current chiropractic student I am becoming extensively educated on how the human body is built and how it functions. While at Logan University, I have had the opportunity to tutor students in pathology. In my opinion, the human body is an amazing structure and I love learning about why our bodies function the way they do. Throughout my time as a collegiate member, I have completed over 90 credit hours of anatomy and physiology courses along with many general biology courses. When helping students learn about the human body, I like to make sure that the basics are fully understood before building on with more information. I am a huge advocate of learning with illustrations and promoting a student to explore his or her learning style(s). I am very respectful of a student's pace and enjoy sharing useful study tools and techniques when it comes to learning these subjects.
