For five years, I taught high school math, mostly in the areas of pre-algebra/algebra and geometry. Now I can tutor in these, basic arithmetic, trigonometry, and elementary and middle school math. After my work in teaching, I spent nine years in retail management. My experience has revealed that everyone learns with their own style, which is why I can use multiple ways to approach math for any given student. I graduated from Grinnell College with a Bachelor of Arts in Math, and a Secondary Education certification. Now living in Saint Louis, Missouri, I spend my free time playing golf and going fishing.
