EducationSaint Louis University - BS, Biomedical Engineering w/ minor in Engineering Mathmatics
ExperienceI am currently studying Biomedical Engineering and Engineering Mathematics at Saint Louis University. I have plans to pursue another degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. I have worked as a tutor for a variety of students, including family, friends, and fellow classmates. I am available to tutor students in English (Reading and Writing), Public Speaking, Science (Biology, Earth Science, and Environmental Science) and Mathematics. Math is my specialty, and I am able to help with Algebra (levels 1-4, and Linear Algebra), Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus (levels 1-3), and Multivariable Calculus. Additionally, I can advise students who are taking AP classes (Biology, Environmental Science, Calculus) as well as various forms of Engineering. When working with students, I ensure that any information I am passing on is correct. If a student and I discover a question that we are both struggling with, I work on the problem until I figure out the proper answer. Even if a question is very difficult, I refuse to skip over it and never make excuses to avoid hard work. Also, I believe in making sure my students are given plenty of individual attention. I also do my best to keep our tutoring sessions entertaining and fun while still being informative.
