I worked as an independent contractor tutor in Southern California as a K-12 tutor, specializing in elementary education. I love tutoring grade levels kindergarten through 6th grade, but enjoy secondary and high school tutoring as well. I have also worked in a childcare facility assisting and teaching preschool students. I believe students should think learning is fun, so I try to incorporate games and activities into my lesson plans. I create all my own lesson plans, while also following the student's school and state curriculum. I also have a journalism and writing background, so if your student needs help improving their writing skills, I can make them a stronger writer. I am from Hesperia, California and graduated a year early from my high school. At the age of sixteen, I attended Mizzou and am now at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and loving STL.
