Experience

Well- I've been a college professor for 20 years! I also tutored a lot as a grad. student. I worked at the Princeton Review for several years back in the day. I also give private French lessons from time to time. I'd say I have about... oh, 25 years of experience! I'm doing this now b/c my eldest son is going to college and I need a little help to make ends meet - and what better way than to do what I do best!

Hobbies

I am a pretty fun and " natural" person: relaxed, friendly, open, communicative and warm. That said, I'm also pretty cerebral and intellectual. So I don't mess around (which can be not good at times - I get over-excited about the subject I'm teaching and forget to slow things down on occasion). Most of the time, though, I'm intuitive. I practice yoga. Love kiddos and critters. Basically: I'm smart, I'm competent, I'm kind - I'm a mom!
