I have a Bachelor's Degree in Classics (Latin and Ancient Greek) with a minor in Anthropology from Missouri State University-Springfield (2008). I returned and have nearly finished my Master's in Teaching degree from the same university (writing the thesis paper)

I am a licensed teacher in Missouri with certification in Latin (K-12), Social Studies(6-12), and Language Arts (6-12) and am currently employed by a St. Louis County school district for Latin and Language Arts. I have experience tutoring students referred to me by the Latin teachers and department head at the university level. I also help my students on an individual basis both inside and outside the classroom to help them understand concepts. As mentioned, I have a BA in Classics and have taken many Latin and Literature courses. I also have developed my language arts skills through those courses. I have a strong grasp of social studies topics, especially History and Geography with specific courses completed relating to Roman History, Greek History, French Revolution and Napoleonic Era France, and Ancient Egypt. I earned a 4 on my AP US History test while in high school(2003).
