I have experience tutoring in a wide variety of topics. I was also a TA for general and organic chemistry. I have a passion for hard sciences, but since I am an Anthropology major, I can tutor in social sciences too. The science courses I am available for include physics, physiology, biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, ACT Science, IB Biology HL, IB Biology HL, and IB Chemistry. Some other subjects that I may be of help in include pre-algebra, algebra 1-4, pre-calculus, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, and geometry. Aside from math, I also have experience with courses related to English such as reading, writing, essay editing, and grammar and mechanics. I am well equipped to help with test prep for any standardized test. My tutoring style includes incorporating teaching tips and tools that allow anyone to learn. I have learned that if a student is struggling to learn, it may just be because they don't have the right tools to learn. My educational background began at the Washington University in St. Louis. I graduated in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Anthropology and Biology. I plan to apply to medical school and enroll in the fall. When I am not studying or tutoring, you can find me reading. I am also interested in nutrition.
